At the age of 19, Rakia Finley started her first business in DC. Since then, with her husband Marcus, she’s gone on to found Fin Digital – a fast emerging tech firm focusing on artificial intelligence and web solutions for businesses. She attributes her success to the cohesive cultures of the District’s business and tech communities which have challenged her, taught her how to stand on her own and be decisive.
